Trackpad Not Working

When the trackpad stops working it is usually becuase it was accidently turned off or the trackpad itself has gone bad. 

The simplest way to check which it is is to do 2 simple things: 

• First is to press the  F8 button. See then if you mouse starts to work. If it does not press F8 again and then see if it moves. 
• If it still is not working then please restart your computer. You can do this without the trackpad by holding the power button on the side of the computer down for 20 seconds. then powering the device back on.

If the the trackpad still does not work then it is possible that it is damaged or faulty. You will need to bring the device down to us at the tech bar. We will give you a spare to use until we can get yours repaired.
