Touchscreen Not Working

Modified on Fri, 19 Jan, 2024 at 2:38 PM

If your touchscreen isn't working, try restarting your device. Click the Windows icon at the bottom of your screen, select Power, and then select Restart. Your device may take a minute to reboot.

Once your device has rebooted, check to see if the touchscreen works with both your finger and a stylus.

If it works with your finger but not your stylus, your stylus may not be charged. Leave the stylus in the pen garage on the side of your device for several minutes and try again. If it still does not work, your computer may not be charging your stylus correctly or the stylus may not be working correctly. Please bring both down to the tech bar for assistance.

If the Touchscreen is still not working after a restart please bring the device down to the tech bar when it is next open to swap your device while we repair it.
