Staff Battery Not Charging

With these Lenovo laptops, we have seen where they stop taking a charge and will only run as long as they are plugged in. While we do not know why they stop taking a charge we do know how to fix it. Go ahead and use the magic button on the bottom of the computer. There is a pinhole (Very Small) of the back of the computer (Sometimes it is under the Little Miami Sticker). Unplug the computer and shut it down and then turn the computer over and put a very small paper clip/or staple in the hole and depress then depress the button for 10 sec. Let go and then plug the computer back in and start the computer. This will make the computer start charging again
